Our Adult swimming classes are designed to develop confidence and stroke technique and to improve fitness. Lessons cater for different swimming abilities; from beginners to intermediate swimmers.
Water exercise doesn't have to be all about lap swimming, at HBF Stadium there are other water workouts you can enjoy including aqua aerobics or check the Lane Availability for quieter times suitable for walking/running in designated slow lanes.
